The characteristics

Habitus: high tree ± 18 m.
Trunk: Upright, rounded, woody, smooth, branching simpodial, light brown.
Leaves: Single, oval, alternate, scattered, 4-8 cm long, 2-5 cm wide, flat edge, pointed tip, base tapering, pertulangan pinnate, green, round stems, 0.5 to 1.5 cm long, green pale.
Interest: Compound, oval, in the armpit and the rod tip leaves, stems round, green, petals form a bowl, furry, green, white stamens, pistil cylindrical, white, crown bertaju five, bell-shaped, white.
Fruit: Oval, young green after dark chocolate.
Seeds: Round, ± 1.2 cm in diameter, brown.
Roots: riding, light brown.

Leaves, bark and roots of incense contains saponins, flavonoids and polyphenols.
